“Vanderpump Rules” alums James Kennedy and Ally Lewber are reportedly “practically broken” after being arrested for domestic violence.
The couple ‘still talk and check in, but Ally is living her own life’ after leaving their shared home in December 2024, source told the US Sun Tuesday.
“She is focused on her own peace and healing as well as her career as an astrologer, and James is not her priority right now,” the source told the outlet.
“He’s desperately begging her to take him back, and she hasn’t quite pulled the trigger yet, but she’s heading in the direction she’s going.”
The source further noted that their separation had “made [Lewber] realize that he’s not healthy for her and it’s better for both of them if they break up for good.
Although Lewber, 29, plans to decide the future of their relationship “any day now,” Kennedy, 32, is still “holding out false hope,” according to the report.
The couple began dating in January 2022, shortly after Kennedy ended his engagement to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
On December 10, the DJ was arrested after he and Lewber got into a fight following their attendance at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party.
An eyewitness said at the time that they called 911 when they saw Kennedy grab Lewber and throw her to the ground. However, when officers arrived, they saw no bruises or injuries on Lewber.
Kennedy was taken away in handcuffs and booked on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge before being released on $20,000 bail.
At the time, a spy told Page Six that Bravolebrity acted abnormally during the party and “ran around the carpet like he was trying to avoid everyone.”
“The vibrations were weird,” the insider told us.
Five days after Kennedy’s arrest, Lewber was seen moving her belongings out of their shared home in the San Fernando Valley and thanked her followers for their support via Instagram Stories.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me with love and support and checked in on me,” the Los Angeles-based astrologer wrote.
“I’m doing well and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.
Kennedy also spoke out about the situation with a statement on Instagram, telling his 1 million followers: “I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life.
“I take the time to focus on my sobriety, my personal development and my presence with my loved ones.”
He added: “Going through difficult times is not easy, but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me. »
After Kennedy’s run-ins with the law, his exes Kristen Doute and Leviss, 30, called the news unsurprising, as they both also accused him of being physically and emotionally abusive.
Page Six also revealed that Bravo and production company Evolve Media previously investigated Kennedy after he allegedly attacked a woman he was in a relationship with.
Although it’s unclear how the investigation ended, the entire “Vanderpump Rules” cast was removed after Season 11 ended.
